At Diptyque, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we accept returns of unopened and unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all protective seals are intact, and include the provided return slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Affix the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund has been processed.
