What is the best way to burn my Diptyque candle for the first time?
When lighting your candle for the first time, allow it to burn until the entire surface is liquid wax. This prevents tunneling and ensures an even burn for the life of the candle.
Which shipping methods are available for my order?
We offer standard and express delivery options. Complimentary standard shipping is provided on all orders over $75 within the continental United States.
Can I return a fragrance if I have already opened it?
To ensure your satisfaction, every fragrance order includes a matching sample. We recommend testing the sample before opening the full-size bottle. Only unopened items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days.
Are Diptyque products vegan and cruelty-free?
Diptyque does not test any products or ingredients on animals. While many of our products are vegan, some may contain beeswax or other natural derivatives; please check the specific ingredient list on the product page.
How can I track the status of my delivery?
